Rental Rules \u2013 Arena Penthouse<\/h1>\n

1. Use of Property<\/h2>\n

The property is rented to guests only for vacation purposes<\/strong> and for the duration specified in the booking. The number of guests cannot exceed<\/strong> the booked amount. Commercial or non-vacation use is strictly prohibited.<\/strong> The apartment is a non-smoking environment<\/strong>, but smoking is allowed on the terrace. Violating this rule may result in a \u20ac150 penalty<\/strong> or cancellation of your rental agreement.<\/p>\n

2. Check-In & Check-Out<\/h2>\n

Check-In:<\/strong> 3:00 PM \u2013 10:00 PM
Check-Out:<\/strong> By 11:00 AM on the departure day
Late Check-In:<\/strong> 10:00 PM \u2013 12:00 AM for an extra \u20ac15<\/p>\n

Please present your passport and credit card<\/strong> during check-in. A damage\/reservation hold may apply. The amount will be fully released<\/strong> if no damages beyond normal wear and tear occur.<\/p>\n

3. House Rules<\/h2>\n

Guests may use all property amenities but should:<\/p>\n

    Return items to their proper place<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Leave dishes clean<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Not move the furniture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Pets are not allowed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    4. Linen & Amenities<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Weekly linen and towel changes are included<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      City tax (\u20ac1.35 per person per day) is not included<\/strong> in the rental rate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      5. Liability & Safety<\/h2>\n

      Arena Penthouse is not responsible<\/strong> for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises. The owner is not liable<\/strong> for lost or stolen belongings. By booking, guests accept full responsibility<\/strong> for all risks related to their stay and activities of their invitees.<\/p>\n

      6. Local Regulations<\/h2>\n

      Guests must comply with local foreign registration laws<\/strong>. Arena Penthouse is not responsible for any violations.<\/p>\n

      7. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

        Free Cancellation:<\/strong> Up to 7 days before arrival<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Late Cancellation or No-Show:<\/strong> Full reservation price applies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        8. Deposit Policy<\/h2>\n

        No deposit is required during the off-season.<\/p>\n

        9. Children & Extra Beds<\/h2>\n
          \n

          Children of all ages are welcome<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          One child (0-3 years) can stay free using existing beds<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Baby cribs are available free of charge<\/strong> upon request<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          10. Internet & Parking<\/h2>\n
            \n
          • \n

            Wi-Fi<\/strong> is available throughout the property at no extra cost<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Parking:<\/strong> \u20ac10\/day on-site (subject to availability, cannot be reserved)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            11. Exceptions to Policies<\/h2>\n

            Any exceptions must be approved in writing in advance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
