Rental Rules

The property is rented by the guest for the booked period of time. The guest agrees, to use the rental for vacation purposes only and not for more than booked number of persons. Any other or commercial use of rental is strictly forbidden. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only possible at the terrace. The contractual penalty in the event of a breach is € 150 and conceders the cancel of the contract. Check in time is after 15:00 till 22:00, and check out is next day before 11:00. We offer a late check in 22:00 till 24:00 by additional surcharge of 15€.

By check in please provide your passport and credit card. A damage/reservation authorization can be required. If no damage is done to guesthouse or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, the hold to your credit card will be erased.

You are of course allowed to use everything inside the house, but we ask you to put everything back in its right order and please leave the dishes clean.

Please do not move the furniture.

Rates include a weekly linen-towel setup. Amenity fees (city tax 1,35€/per day/per person) are not included in the rental rate.

Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance to 

Arena Penthouse is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Please note the local regulations of foreigners registration. Arena Penthouse will not be responsible for any law violation in any case.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy
In Off season no deposit will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.
One child from 0 to 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
There is capacity for extra baby bed in the room, if needed bring your own one.

Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

 

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
