Rental Rules – Arena Penthouse

1. Use of Property

The property is rented to guests only for vacation purposes and for the duration specified in the booking. The number of guests cannot exceed the booked amount. Commercial or non-vacation use is strictly prohibited. The apartment is a non-smoking environment, but smoking is allowed on the terrace. Violating this rule may result in a €150 penalty or cancellation of your rental agreement.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM on the departure day
Late Check-In: 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM for an extra €15

Please present your passport and credit card during check-in. A damage/reservation hold may apply. The amount will be fully released if no damages beyond normal wear and tear occur.

3. House Rules

Guests may use all property amenities but should:

  • Return items to their proper place

  • Leave dishes clean

  • Not move the furniture

Pets are not allowed.

4. Linen & Amenities

  • Weekly linen and towel changes are included

  • City tax (€1.35 per person per day) is not included in the rental rate

5. Liability & Safety

Arena Penthouse is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises. The owner is not liable for lost or stolen belongings. By booking, guests accept full responsibility for all risks related to their stay and activities of their invitees.

6. Local Regulations

Guests must comply with local foreign registration laws. Arena Penthouse is not responsible for any violations.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days before arrival

  • Late Cancellation or No-Show: Full reservation price applies

8. Deposit Policy

No deposit is required during the off-season.

9. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children of all ages are welcome

  • One child (0-3 years) can stay free using existing beds

  • Baby cribs are available free of charge upon request

10. Internet & Parking

  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no extra cost

  • Parking: €10/day on-site (subject to availability, cannot be reserved)

11. Exceptions to Policies

Any exceptions must be approved in writing in advance.
