The lovely decorated living room features a large bed sofa (200 x 140cm) and conference table. For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi Internet service and variety of books. A separate sleeping corner with queen-size-double bed (200 x 160 cm) will make you sleep comfortably,
giving you an individual note, making your stay something very special. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary dishes and utensils. The Bath and kitchen are having permanent hot water. The combined living and sleeping area, with a comfortable seating unit, is an inviting place to linger and relax. For business traveller, this place offers a homely working atmosphere – ideal for lengthy business stays in Belgrade.

Rental Rules
The property is rented by the guest for the booked period of time. The guest agrees, to use the rental for vacation purposes only and not for more than booked number of persons. Any other or commercial use of rental is strictly forbidden. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only possible at the terrace. The contractual penalty in the event of a breach is € 150 and conceders the cancel of the contract. Check in time is after 15:00 till 22:00, and check out is next day before 11:00. We offer a late check in 22:00 till 24:00 by additional surcharge of 15€.
By check in please provide your passport and credit card. A damage/reservation authorization can be required. If no damage is done to guesthouse or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, the hold to your credit card will be erased.
